Sure. .there is application e-certificate at the AÖF ( açıköğretim fakultesi). You take the course for 3 months at the home. They gives the courses books with mail. And they gives cd for study. After 3 month there is just one exam. If you pass the exam, you win a b1 level english certificate. And this certificate valids in İnternational area.

I've never heard before this certificate. Did you pay any payment for certificate?

Yes I guess we paid 200 tl. My husband was interested to pay so I am not sure.

İt is easy. But they want your high school diploma. This is necessary. As far as I remember there are not something extra.

you should check up the page. Dont miss the date.

ı got my high school diplomat in morocco. inşallah ıt be no problem to registrat and apply.
