be carefull honey, i think you need to do sport , you can buy a sport machine i am thinking to buy eliptical bicycle, it is not ordinary bicycle..it is more useful than running band or ordinary bicycle..

we have swimming pool at home, and there is a beautiful racecourse here, i can run walk or ride a bicycle. i don't want to buy anything else
waw thats wonderful honey swimming is really useful to lose weight :))
