Welcome to week 31 of your personal pregnancy emails.
Your Status
This is week 29 after conception. Fetal length: 24cm (crown-rump-length). Fetal weight: 1,300g. Head diameter: 8cm
Your Progress
You may have had a taste of things to come and experienced Braxton Hicks contractions over the last few weeks. They can be uncomfortable - feeling as though something is tightening across your stomach and then letting go - but do not really hurt.
Baby's Progress
Your baby is continuing to grow plumper, and his/her wrinkled skin is now smoother. Both the vernix and the lanugo begin to disappear.
Nutrition
Women don't need as many calories during pregnancy as you might think, in fact they are burning fewer calories than usual as they are not as active. Therefore, an extra 300 kcal per day in the last trimester is perfectly adequate. To give you an idea of how little this is, it equates to an extra sandwich or two slices of toast and a glass of low fat milk per day.
Tip of the Week
To help prevent back pain make sure that you sit properly. The ideal posture is one where your neck is long, your chest is lifted and your pelvis is tilted so that your bottom is tucked under. If you sit for long periods, try to get up and stretch frequently. When sitting in a car, adjust the seat so that it is at a comfortable distance from the controls to suit you.

tüyleri ben ilave ettirdim..kız bitane koydu ben 2 tane olsuunbi pembe bi beyaz..1 lira hepsi:)
arkasında lavanta var lavantanın üzerinde magneti var dolaba yapıştırılır yani..içinede çikolata şeker bişi koyacağım

hehe bunalrdada eylul anneleri var ama ben hic girmedim bile :) giriyim bir ara neler konusuyorlar bakiyim siteye uye oldum oyle kaldim haftalarimi takip ediyorum en azindan birde hesiye kutum gelmisti :)
 
slm kızlar sabahtan beri otel arıyorum acaba içinizde tavsiye edebilecek birileri var mı tatil köyü de olabilir ama çok lüks biyer olmasına gerek yok herşey dahil sistemi olsun yeter
